Finding the Record to Cite
To locate the work in your datafile that you want to cite:


In Citation, find the work you would like to cite.

You can do this by using the Page Up and Page Down keys.*

You can also click Format, Find Records in Short List.

Double-click on any item in the Short List to display it in the Edit Panel.


*On some keyboards, this is the Function key + the Down Arrow.

Click the "Copy" button.
You are ready to enter bibliographic data
