Create a New Document for an APA, MLA, or Turabian Research Paper
1.
Start Word, and click Addins, Dr Paper, New Document.
Dr Paper is on the Add-ins menu for Word.

2.
Choose the style for your paper from the Document Template Selection dialog,
and click OK.
For longer papers, you might need to include an abstract page
and a table of contents. Check with your instructor or editor.
Please note that Dr Paper Software includes special templates for dissertations.

3.
Complete the Details dialog, and click OK.

4.
Dr Paper will create a Word document correctly formatted.
Save your document with a new name!
Begin typing your paper, using the built-in styles to format the text correctly.
Once the paper has been created, you can edit it, close it and reopen it as you would any other
Word document.
