Name and Save Your Datafile.

When you create a new datafile (remember, you will need ONE datafile for each paper you write), you will need to name and save your references datafile (just as you do with word processing documents).

Also, as you are adding New Records to your datafile, you should save it every so often.

1.
In CiteWrite, click File, Save.

Save and name your newdatafile

2.
If you have not done so already, give your new datafile a name.

We recommend that you give the datafile a name related to the paper, with the tag "refs."

To save the datafile, click Save.

Save and name your newdatafile
